Hi Seahawks, my name is Coach Olinger, and I’m so excited to be the coach for this season. A little about me—I’ve been around softball for 27 years, whether it was playing, coaching, or just loving the game. My coaching philosophy is simple: we’re here to grow as athletes, but also as teammates and leaders.

This season, you can expect us to focus on fundamentals, building confidence, and learning how to compete with heart. My goal is that every player walks away not only stronger in their skills, but also proud of the effort and character they’ve built on this team.

Parents, I truly value your support—you play a huge role in the success of this team. Players, I’m ready to work hard with you, celebrate the big wins, and learn from the tough games.
